Who may enter
Vantage Internet’s February Freebie Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents
of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia
who are at least eighteen (18) years old or of age of majority, whichever is
older, at the time of entry. Employees of Vantage Internet Services, Inc.,
Twitter, Inc. and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate
family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each
such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and
local laws and regulations.
Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Conditions of entry
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
How to enter and selection of winners
1. One prize will be available each day of the contest and will be awarded 24 hours after the end of the daily contest.
2. The daily winner will be chosen from each list of participants submitting the correct daily answer at random using a computer program. Each daily participant submitting an entry will be entered into a weekly drawing for a free FlipCam.
3. Winners will be announced via email, posted at the Winners Page and will also be congratulated on the Vantage Internet Twitter account, Facebook page and the Vantage Internet blog. If Vantage Internet does not receive a response within 5 days, the prize will be surrendered and used for another promotion.
4. To enter the competition you must subscribe to the Vantage Internet mailing list, and visit the Daily Entry Form to enter your contact information and the answer to the daily contest question. One entry per day/per email permitted. If the entry is deemed as SPAM by Vantage Internet, it will be disqualified.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
6. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every entrant.
Prizes
1. The daily prize may be one or more of the following:
a. One year of web hosting service from Premier Internet Services
b. Social media video featuring your business
c. Google AdWords pay per click campaign creation and credit of $50.00
d. Custom press release for your business
e. Custom Twitter or YouTube background for your business (integrating company logo)
2. The weekly grand raffle prize is a Flip Video Camcorder. Each week’s daily contest entries will be put into a raffle for the FlipCam; which means those who enter each daily contest will have a greater chance in winning the raffle item.
3. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Notification of winners
Winner will be notified via email. He/She will be asked to email the Promoter
with necessary contact information to claim the prize.
Entries
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entries not completed in
accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will
not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. No
responsibility is taken for late or misdirected email, tweets, Facebook comments
or blog comments. Entrants' personal details will be used by Vantage Internet
Services, Inc. strictly in accordance with our
privacy policy.
